I wasn't satisfied with the equipment that Verizon... supplied and was tired of trying to solve the issues on my own. After a lot of searching, I stumbled onto Nova ITS by chance. Todd was exactly what I was looking for. He's incredibly knowledgeable. He had the hardware I needed, so I didn't have to buy anything. We talked through what I needed and then he came out, assessed the house, and put in the necessary equipment to ensure reliable coverage for the entire property, and showed me how to monitor and maintain it. He was incredibly professional and did an excellent job, and our WiFi has been flawless ever since. Everyone in my household is thrilled. Now I have one less thing to worry about that releases dangerous EMF radiation. I actually called 5 companies to set up a wifi system and he is only one of two who called... me back and the only one that was not a massive company. He called me to ask questions so he could do a better job, have a better idea of my needs, set up a time, showed up on time, confirmed arrival etc. He came late on a Sat so he is perfectly willing to not be tied to 9-5 hours. He is quite patient too as I put in the wrong password several times and did not get frustrated or change me for the extra 20 mine of his time that I wasted. He also stayed late to help make sure I could win my previous router and extender. VERY pleased; I really wish more business were run like this. I lost Internet service to my business computer due to a power surge so I was really put... into a very bad predicament with my customers because I had many contracts that needed to be emailed out for signature. If not for Todd, I may have very likely lost some of these jobs!What also amazed me about Todd was his excellent communication and how he didn't take it advantage of my emergency situation!I highly recommend!read more See All Reviews
